Eating Behavior in Physiological and Pathological Aging

Changes in eating habits related to aging itself and of age-related diseases will be presented. In particular, there will be a focus on the patho-physiology of malnutrition among the depressed and demented elderly, and the relationship between eating behavior and cognitive performance.
